These self-destructive people are so hungry for power that they make extremely vicious decisions designed to benefit themselves and degrade others. Toxic leaders intend to control everyone around them, they accept and enjoy the work credit of their followers and categorically deny any blame. Even though these toxic leaders shine in moments of greatness, they ultimately have a habit of failing horribly, abandoning their businesses in tatters, and writing their embarrassing actions into history. A plethora of these heartless but competent leaders have in recent times been considered relatively anti. - social people, humanitarians and saints hardly struggle to obtain positions in political or corporate government. These leaders believe that certain traits like self-effacement and altruism are of no use to anyone in a political system. It is the nature of a leader to be ambitious and competitive, dedicated, charismatic and intelligent, confident and cunning. However, one thing to keep in mind is that these characteristics can push a leader's approach and overall behavior toward a state of toxicity. Who is a toxic leader?
