    There are three types of task interdependence, such as shared, sequential and reciprocal. Pooled interdependence, for each department or organizational component performs completely independent functions. Although departments cannot directly interact with each other in the grouped interdependence model, each provides individual elements of the same overall system. For sequential interdependence, it occurs when one unit of the overall procedure creates an output required for the next unit.
