The exchange of information between individuals, teams, customers, suppliers, stakeholders and shareholders depends on the quality of relationships and talent in the workplace. . Workplace diversity is therefore considered a success factor in business growth. The author highlights that business strategies around diversity include adaptability, flexibility, retention of top talent, reduction of costs associated with turnover, return on investment, policies, practices, acquiring new market shares with an expanded diversified customer base and increasing sales and profits.
