The assistance of educational centers in student learning always depends on the effort and quality of teachers and administrators, but the way in which the School is organized sometimes blunts or exhausts the good intentions of educators and actually prevents the use of effective practices. This is due to poor leadership qualities. Unfortunately, the only thing holding back the high quality of our education system is precisely what could also improve the education system. Teachers. Good teachers should be present in every school and be at the heart of every school. but that is not the case. it’s not about money, or politics, or who has power. concerns people who become teachers. many join because they love children inappropriately, or because they think it's easy, too often it's a "plan B". Collages are learning to practice, not really teaching someone. Additionally, many teachers don't think so much about what they do as what they don't do. or the papers. What they should be thinking about is how they teach, train and shape the future. and for many children, they miss their chance to improve. I know I skipped some classes just because the professor was horrible. their needs must be a better way to find teachers and turn them into something even better, and keep them as teachers and not as principals. teaching standards need to improve in order to train and have better teachers. Successful educational leaders build their districts and schools into effective organizations that support and sustain the performance of administrators and teachers, as well as students. Having candidates, after passing their examinations, spend a specified period of time for a specified hour teaching at assigned institutions, is a mandatory requirement for various degree programs. Also, there should be a constant meeting where parents and children interact and discuss with their teachers regularly so that both parties collectively identify the problem, address the root cause, analyze the impact. it's about the overall well-being of our education system and the future leaders we want to train tomorrow, and then together strategizing how to solve this problem and finding good ways to improve our education system.
