Animals are the ones who are hit hard. When we are overexposed to the sun, we get tired and we no longer want to move, but to stay in the same place. The animals feel no motivation to move and for farmers this is devastating. If your livestock refuse to cooperate, you will not be able to provide for your family, limiting production, availability and fertility. Why should we care? We love to eat and we have our favorite foods. If they run out of production, we won't have access to much of it. It allows us to explore different types of foods, but deep down we want our favorite dish. The USDA is notifying farmers of these changes so they can be aware of them and can act quickly and not wait until it is too late. Excessive heat will cause some crops to fail to grow or damage them. It can also bring in unwanted animals that were never able to live in that area. If crops are damaged, the lack of production for that specific crop will slow down. For example, corn represents a huge profit in today's market, ranging from penicillin to starch to sugar to ethanol to oil and glue. If corn production is slowed, farmers will lose money and these products will cease to exist. Penicillin saves lives for diabetics and if they cannot access it, their health and life will go slow
