    FREE I-PAD!!! Now that I have your attention: changes throughout history have always marked literary revolutions. The more the world changes, the more literature is affected, and there are fewer greater changes in history than World War II, the catastrophic result of a group of mentally ill people chasing an equally sick dream. Hitler's rise and career in power led to major changes in his lifestyle that influenced the literature published after World War II. Hitler was an anti-Semitic and anti-capitalist radical, but for years he had no one to pitch his ideas to. However, while being paid by the government as a political investigator, he discovered that the "German Workers' Party" was ripe for the taking (The Rise of Hitler). He attended a meeting in an effort to find out if they had any anti-government views, but they invited him to join after he yelled at an elderly professor he disagreed with (Rise of Hitler). His zeal for politics brought him to the top quickly after joining, but attendance at their meetings was still ridiculously low (the Nazi Party was formed). He tried to increase participation by asking members to invite friends, but participation hardly increased (the Nazi Party was formed). He then placed an ad in an anti-Semitic newspaper and more than a hundred people showed up at their first mass gathering at a brewery, where Hitler delivered a speech that was little more than an angry tirade of reproaches. . The crowd, composed entirely of blaspheming fanatics, had become frenzied (The Nazi Party was formed). He continued his career within the party as head of propaganda (The Nazi Party was formed). With his new power, he changed the name of the party to the Nazi Party and allied himself with anti-Semitic writers (The Nazi Party was formed).
