    The year 1919 marked the beginning of the Prohibition years, the new arrival changed the work of "gangsters" and "gangsters". Prohibition, which began in 1919 and did not end until the late 1920s, was started because the government believed that with the control of alcohol, the number of criminals and crimes that they committed would decrease. It did the exact opposite, it actually increased it. Along with the increase in crime, this created more organized criminals, known today as mafia men or gangsters. Because of Prohibition, gangsters created more organized groups, groups that spread throughout the cities they lived in and nearby. Most of the mafia men were considered heroes which gave us the famous gangsters who went down in history such as; Al Capone, Bonnie and Clyde, as well as John Dillinger.
