The data source used in benchmarking is biased, which may not indicate whether the content shared is good. To solve this problem, an additional data source is used, which is not based on the database. These two data sources are generated jointly to estimate sharer reputation scores. Social media also helps users to build their incomplete profile and improve online services such as verifying a particular user's online information. In this article, we will look at three articles that focus on using social media to solve certain problems. This article aims to shed light on current developments in these areas.
