The aim of this report is to provide an answer to an important question “What should destination Zambia look like in 2024, from a from the point of view of tourism and leisure. ?." As a policy employee of the Ministry of Tourism and Arts of Zambia, the vision of Zambia for 10 years will be presented. The tourism policy needs to be improved and, in order to meet the stakeholders, a vision and explanation must be developed. All information is reliable in the report as only official Zambian government websites and articles will be used.1 IntroductionThis report will contain an analysis of Zambia from a tourism perspective. Firstly, the long term vision of Zambia will be shown. The main objective is to show what Zambia will look like in 10 years. The second part will be about the destination analysis and will contain an internal analysis and. external of Zambia This means that the second part will contain information on the current source and target markets, desired image of Zambia, trends and developments, etc. The detailed conclusion will be presented at the end of the second part. The third part of the report will provide a rationale for the long-term vision. Reliable facts and figures will support all information in this report.2 Long-term visionThis long-term vision is written from the perspective of a Russian woman who has visited Zambia twice: in 2014 and 2024 in tourist purposes. I have always been interested in Africa. culture and every two years I try to visit different African countries. In 2024, I chose to travel to Zambia because my friends suggested this amazing place to me if I want to experience the real Africa.
