The once close-knit family that once existed, that did everything together, is not so close anymore. Many moved away, others became disinvolved with the family, some divorced, and my grandfather Earl remarried. My family could have been angry about cancer forever but it wouldn't have gotten us anywhere, she is definitely in a better place now and no longer in pain.
