Essay / The Twelve Labors of Hercules: 12 Labors at Disney
Both stories addressed the twelve labors, but they were very different interpretations. In the original legend, the labors are very difficult tasks given to Hercules to atone for his past crimes. He devoted years of his life to this work. In the Disney movie, the only job, even in its own scene, was the hydra one, which was actually one of the easier jobs. The other works were carried out contemptuously by Hercules in a montage. They presented him with virtually no challenge. So while the differences between the legend and the film are easily noticeable, the depiction of Hercules in another Disney work, the book "The Mark of Athena" by Rick Riordan, is very different from that in the film. Stuck here as a guard, doorman,... butler for the Olympians. No, you don't understand." (Riordan). He cannot be remembered only for his sins or his heroic acts, he must be remembered for them. two The real Hercules must be remembered as the original anti and perhaps the greatest..
