I chose this chemist because he is not one of those people who brag about all their achievements, but his achievements are crucial for scientific development. Antoine kept his achievements to himself. All his achievements fascinate me. In this biography, I will talk about his background, his main achievements and my opinion on his interesting story. Antoine Lavoisier was born on August 26, 1743 in Paris, France. When Antoine Lavoisier was 5 years old, his mother died. Consequently, he inherited a huge fortune from his family when he was five years old.
