I am an elderly person who wishes to progress in my studies. I have a head start on college because I had access to dual admission to a technical college and my local college. I would like to continue my education by attending my local university, South Georgia State College, and continuing at Armstrong Atlantic State University. I plan to enter the healthcare field as a nurse and then consider becoming a physician assistant. I hope to use the knowledge gained in these areas to help the needy in my home country by building a local infirmary. On average, an inmate costs the state an annual expense of nearly $40,000. If new laws and regulations considered imprisoning DUI/DWI offenders on the first offense, it would have a significant impact on the amount of money invested to house these inmates. Changing a law to take into account the safety of other people on the road is a necessary procedure.
