    How a person leads a group of people or an organization is the key to the success of a business or advocacy effort. There are many styles and techniques that a leader can implement. Christian leaders are no exception; some might say that being a leader in a religious organization can be a more scrutinizing position than other leaders. Since then, a church leader has expectations of how they should act or conduct themselves because of the Christian faith. This article will discuss an interview with a leadership person, Brother Larry, and report on his approach to leadership. Additionally, what strengths and weaknesses prevail according to authors Kouzes and Posner and the model they have in their book, Christian Reflections on The Leadership Challenge. The interview with Brother Larry, who is a deacon at Rock Church International and serves as a door greeter, usher, and is involved in prison ministry. The results collected showed that Larry is indeed a good leader. The questions asked were aimed at finding out what Larry thought a leader should be and act like. Additionally, the questions examined how Larry would handle complications and conflicts not only with the people in his charge, but also what would happen to him if he was found in conflict with the vision of the organization as a whole. For example, the first interview question asked was: what does leadership mean to you? Larry responded, being able to show someone what the right thing to do is and do it the right way. Character and integrity were often mentioned due to the organization being a church and how a Christian is expected to behave. During the interview, there were some answers to some questions that remained in the middle of the paper. .....the modules can integrate so that they can coexist to maximize the potential of the program. “But even if some of us have more apparent power or status – measured by the scale and sphere in which we can bring a creative community together – the truth is that none of us have full access to the networks available to others” (Crouch, 2008, p.247). No individual, regardless of power or connections, can change the culture. Many people need to network together for problems to improve. For the simple fact that over time, values ​​and life assumptions change and for people who want to change culture, we have to find new ways to attack the struggles. Certainly, the percentage of American society that is incarcerated or expected to be incarcerated during their lifetime is a cultural problem that is only getting worse and, unfortunately, there is no solution on the horizon..
