From my point of view, a close relationship of values ​​and work team, it doesn't matter if it's just an IT department or an entire company; this leads to a “well-oiled mechanism”. Everyone in the organization knows what to do and how, and gradually achieves the goals. Owning such a business is definitely a perfect dream for any manager or businessman. However, today's world is faced with new technologies being implemented every day and a huge growth in competitiveness. The organization may lose talented and distinguished individuals because they sometimes do not align with the company's values.
