I also think she is considered gifted because from a very young age I would show her flash cards, read and watch educational shows. I believe you can train your child's memory and language skills from a young age if you introduce them to educational materials such as flash cards with words, reading age-appropriate books, and watching educational shows that help them memorize and improve their language. Because of her talent, she exhibits certain characteristics that are different from those who are not gifted. Gifted children are precocious, march to their own drum, and have a passion to master (Santrock, 2016). As a parent, I noticed that Lennon Grace tended to do what she wanted when it came to learning. She very rarely asked me for help and wanted to solve problems herself. I noticed that she found different ways to solve problems rather than sticking to what she had been taught. She was also incredibly focused on what she did well.
