What is my state of health? My physical health: Physical health is an essential part of overall health. Physical health makes an individual mechanically fit to perform daily activities without problems. This is when you have good metabolism, healthy organs and are free of disease, injury or pain. This is an important area of health because regular physical activity keeps your body functioning properly. If you get enough physical activity, you can better manage your weight, reduce your risk of heart attack, diabetes, certain cancers, high blood pressure, have stronger bones, joints and muscles and still feel energetic, happy, relaxed and sleeping better. The positive aspects of my physical health are a healthy immune system, sufficient exercise, a healthy diet, and forms of relaxation and stress relief in daily life. I have a healthy diet thanks to my pedantic mother. I am very hygienic; it protects me from unwanted illnesses and infections. The negative aspect of my physical health lies in my sleeping habits. 8 hours of sleep for me is not consistent, especially when I have many school assessments and tutoring classes outside of school. Managing school assessments, piano lessons and theory, sports, tutoring, and extracurricular activities can be quite stressful. How to improve my physical health: The only reason I sleep late is because of my homework and tutoring classes. I have a few solutions that I have applied over the course of this year. I stopped activities such as art classes, talked to my tutoring and piano teachers about my school work, didn't procrastinate, gave myself hope, and informed my parents about my busy schedule. My social health: Social health is your interactions with other people. , how other people...... middle of paper ...... live and help us live with positive and ethical thoughts. The positive aspects of my spiritual health are looking forward to what life offers now and in the future and believing that everyone has something to offer in life. I believe this because I believe everyone is important and has their rights. The negative aspects of my spiritual health are believing that my life is worthwhile and feeling like I have a place in the world because sometimes we feel depressed after difficult things happen. Sometimes people are annoying or don't treat you right and I feel like all human beings and all living things don't have an important place on this earth. To improve my spiritual health, I think positive thoughts, I smile more often, I look forward to the light. at the end of the tunnel, remember happy memories, treat everyone fairly and do my best to be a positive person.
