However, business success and innovation can be stifled by hierarchy, reuse, and risk elimination. Radical innovation is crucial for the growth of businesses and economies. In the research titled “From Invention to Innovation: Conversion Ability in Product Development” by Chandy et al (2006), the never-ending mission of transforming inventions and its promising product ideas into innovations in the form of commercialized products is the main feature industrial and economic progress. growth.
