Personal Statement of the LawAristotle once said: "The law is reason free from passion", which means that the law is subjective and arbitrary. Throughout my academic career, I have always believed that law is a concept that evolves from our logic and reason which are slaves to passion, it is created by what we consider justice. This quote speaks to me deeply, as I passionately believe that the law is supposed to be administered without passion or favor on either side and to fight for what is right. As a member of a society that has upheld the freedom and equality of citizens, I have always believed that the study of law constitutes a central appreciation of the decisions that have upheld democracy over the years, because it has contributed to the benefit of people wishing to live in a better society by introducing new changes in the economy.
