For example, buy an extra value meal and get one free with an offer-only food voucher. They ensure that the product is of high quality at all times and try to compete very competitively with other fast food companies with their good value for money. Additionally, a customer would know if the product is value for money by registering at another food outlet like KFC for its services and products. McDonalds also plays a special role in the safety of use of the products and their reliability with the instructions provided. This will benefit the customer's security and hope to be very reliable while using it as it helps the company to increase its sales by retaining existing customers and attracting new ones. McDonald's products are packaged securely when necessary for the product, so that the customer does not have any problems or negative feedback towards McDonalds. For example, hot coffee cups have plastic lids on top so they don't spill or burn on the customer. Additionally, McDonalds makes sure to offer a product nutrition guide that clearly states what the product contains. StaffHowever, not only do high standards of food quality affect the business, but the staff currently providing the service have the right to establish themselves with their tone (the sound of the voice), manner (the level of maturity ), the language and body language are good enough to satisfy the customer and make them appreciated, feel more welcomed and valued as a customer in their own right. For example, if a customer was about to speak, the staff manning the checkout would say "Hello, can I take your order please" and when their products are handed to them, "Thank you and come back soon." you like it.” Additionally, staff must wear the correct McDonald's uniform, so that they are easily noticed by customers, if they need help, by staff wearing black pants and a top with a McDonalds logo on the t- shirt.
