In the education system, several important factors are considered in order to maintain standards of practice and create development plans in each school district. Every educator's goal is to raise standards and create an advanced learning environment; a system that can accommodate more and more improvements over the years and as the system improves its platforms and practices. Collaboration between school leaders and all members of the educational community contributes to improving the system and ensuring the quality of education provided to students across the country. This article aims to explore these collaborative relationships, their occurrence in school systems, and the challenges they must overcome to successfully achieve the goals and guidelines set each year. It is necessary to understand the collaboration between school leaders and each participating member who decides the main function of the school and how each school plays a role in helping the school society accomplish its tasks and activities by supporting each other . There are multiple and complex reasons why schools pursue partnerships together. Financial reasons, program evaluation, staffing and pooling of resources, development of values and culture as well as structure and policies are just some of the main reasons to collaborate within the school society. The mode of interaction is also necessary, as many schools have set goals for each school year. Many are burdened by the inability to support themselves and this is where the need for collaboration and partnerships between schools and their members arises. Such partnerships can also contribute to a broader perspective, a broader design.
