    Workplace Assessment The Rehabilitation Unit at Ball Memorial Hospital will examine how various motivational strategies affect work productivity. The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) has many responsibilities and some programs implemented in the hospital affect the CNA. Tuition reimbursement is one of Ball Memorial Hospital's programs. Another program is the quit smoking program and yet another is the weight loss program. The nurse aide is the backbone of health care. The Nursing Assistant handles all patient care regarding activities of daily living (ADL). The health care slave is the caregiver.
