Essay / An Analysis of Country Music, by Rascal Flatt - 1115
One of my all-time favorite songs that tells a story is Lee Brice's "Love Like Crazy." This song is about how Lee Brice went through life and how he managed to get through it with the love of his life. "Be a better friend, tell the truth and overuse 'I love you', go to work, do your best, don't override your common sense, never let your praying knees get lazy and love like crazy" , is a significant line from the song's lyrics. This line of the lyrics tells how a person can go through life through good times and bad. More people in this world should consider this song as advice for life. I have listened to this song over a thousand times and I feel more about it every time I listen to it. I identify with the story of this song because I am living this story right now in my life. I was seventeen when I found the love of my life. Everyone around me told me I was crazy and I had no idea what love was. I have proven them wrong so far because I have been with the love of my life for four years now. Plus, I'm a kid who grew up with nothing and learned that I have to work for what I want in life. I've been working since I was fifteen and have loved every minute of it. I am also someone who will follow my dreams even if everyone around me tells me I can't do it, or that I'm not capable of doing it. The story of this song has inspired me many times.
