Serious effects associated with pornography include: Shameful and violent acts against women and sexual problems associated with pornography include the difference between real sex and pornography. Considering the Catholic Church's view on the role of pornography, the purpose of this article is to answer the question: should we be allowed to judge the decisions of others? The United States increases the sale of pornographic materials every year. Every second, approximately $3,075 is spent on pornography, and 28,000 people watch pornography on the Internet. (Internet Filter Review, 2006) According to O.Winfrey (2009), pornography is not only a billion dollar business but is also sold annually in excess of $50 per year. Focusing on different aspects of pornography other than lust, pornography is not only destructive but can also be dangerous for a variety of reasons. Pornography occasionally gives an unrealistic depiction of the middle of the paper in pornographic materials (Stulhofer, et al., 2010).ConclusionIn light of the Catholic view of pornography, it is necessary for society to change its perception of role of pornography. With the current concern about sex life, it will be an interesting experience to see what happens to pornography in the years to come. It is possible that the use of pornographic materials to enhance sex life between marriages may increase or decrease. Because of the concerns raised, men should consider whether it is worth putting their marriage on the line over fake sex. Since watching pornography is considered a negative habit, both men and women should move away from pornographic content and focus on real sex in their marriage. This is mainly because focusing on actual sex will help strengthen relationships between couples..
