    Paradise plays a large part in describing the state of Hawaii; Moreover, many are captivated by its promising beauty and various attractions. In 2007, the state received a total of 7,627,819 visitors and this number has increased over time; whereas the island of Maui welcomes an exceptional 2,580,361 million visitors per year (Annual Visitor Research Report 2007). Additionally, the island chain became the world's most isolated landmass and was the last destination to be affected. by humans (Turning the Canoe Trailer). Thus, the islands are experiencing multiple spectacular changes and innovations. For example, the island of Maui has seen various developments such as the establishment of hotels and resort establishments, accessibility of forests, strengthening of residential and road buildings; as a result, more and more visitors are turning their attention to the island. But what would happen if all this admirable beauty suddenly disappeared? Residents could experience a great depression and the island's economy would be greatly affected. Therefore, developing more regulations to preserve Maui's coastlines, forests, and oceans would enhance its natural beauty and support a more stable economy. Many enjoy venturing into nature and wilderness; thus, Maui welcomes everyone to its luxurious greenery and breathtaking forests. The Hawaii State Forest Reserve observes eight forests on Maui and they are designated as follows: Hana, Kula, Kahikinui, Makawao, Kupahului, Waihou, Koolau, and West Maui (Maui and Molokai Forest Reserves). Although different organizations work to conserve this admirable greenery, Maui attracts more than two million visitors each year; therefore, regulatory awareness must be well executed until the middle of the document......
