Did you know that the United States has the highest teen pregnancy rate in the world?. Abstention is the only sure way to avoid teenage pregnancies. Refraining will help our rates go down and stay low. Canada has the highest rate of abortions. I would much rather have higher teen pregnancy rates than high abortion rates. At least we don't kill babies in America. Pregnancy rates increased by 1.1% to 28.2% between 2006 and 2010. Adolescent girls are not physically and mentally capable of caring for a child. This is one of the reasons why abortion rates in Canada are high. More than 15,000 Canadian women aged 15 to 19 have abortions each year. 30% of Canadian women will have an abortion in their lifetime. Who would be most likely to have an abortion? Women aged 19 or younger tend to have more abortions than older women. The younger the girl, the more difficult it is to take care of the baby. Taking care of a child is hard enough, no matter your age. You need to make sure that you are able to provide for your child. In most cases, not all of the baby's fathers will leave. The father can't handle all this reasonableness of a child. It's sad to say, because it takes two people to have a child. Life would be easy if it only took one person to have a child and that would be the mother. Your child will never have to suffer because the father is not in his life. Girls tend to turn more to abortion because they are not physically capable of caring for the child and they admit this. Sometimes mothers do this because they know the father will not be a part of the child's life. They wouldn't be able to do this on their own.
