In today's multicultural reality, it is almost certain that students will work with colleagues from different countries, who have also studied English as a foreign language and have faced more or less the same challenges. Therefore, teaching English to Romanian students means shaping and practicing different communication skills for their future. It's a harsh reality: more and more Romanians are choosing to work abroad. Those who remain are forced to use their language skills for faster and more adequate integration into the job market.
