Inclusive education in Romania is a desire and a social requirement that is continually developing and improving. In the era of globalization, the likelihood of students working side by side with an English speaker is higher. In today's multicultural reality, it is almost certain that students will work with colleagues from different countries, who have also studied English as a foreign language and have faced more or less the same challenges. Therefore, teaching English to Romanian students means shaping and practicing different communication skills for their future. It's a harsh reality: more and more Romanians are choosing to work abroad. Those who remain are forced to use their language skills for faster and more adequate integration into the job market. Teaching students to achieve learner autonomy is therefore of utmost importance. The second chapter deals with the methodology of teaching nouns. Various approaches, methods and techniques will be discussed. A central point will be the description of the learners (in terms of age, differences between learners, language levels, motivation), the learning context and the learning management which will greatly influence the success of a teaching/learning process.
