(100 marks).Recruitment and SelectionRecruitment and selection is a very vital aspect in the business world, the reason for this would be the fact that every organization should consider recruiting, as well as selecting the most advantageous future employees that would come across . or exceed their performance compared to their benchmark. The main reason that makes an organization very picky in selecting its employees should be the capacity of the people and the commitment of its employees which guarantee the success of the company. Organizations tend to select employees who possess different levels of appropriate abilities, knowledge and motivation, in other words, without these skills, organizational performance would suffer (Banfield. P. & Kay. R., 2008: 63). Human resource managers are known for providing information on the employment decision framework, as well as management actions through employment policies rather than trying to structure employment systems to implement implement/focus business strategies.
