    Africa faces many problems, but the particular problem I am going to talk about is poverty and health in Somalia and the whole Africa. Somalia is the poorest country in the world and its health system is very weak. Africa is also not doing very well economically. Africa is the poorest continent in the world. Each of the ten poorest countries is in Africa. First of all, I'm going to talk about the health care system. Here are some quick facts about the health of African populations. First fact, the average life expectancy is only 51 years. The highest life expectancy rate in Africa is 76.31. The lowest life expectancy in Africa is 49.07 years. Additionally, a third of all children under the age of five are undernourished, or what some call “malnourished.” The only place where you can get decent healthcare services is in urban areas of Africa or the biggest cities in Africa. Even there, health services are very minimal and the risk of getting sick remains quite high. Water and resources in Africa are not very secure, except for major cities like Egypt, South Africa and Madagascar. The reason healthcare is poor and can't be problematic is because Africa's infrastructure is terrible, which has to do with it being such a poor country . You need money for your country to function well, and Africa doesn't have a lot of money. It is quite rare to find an urban area because 45 percent of the population is nomadic. Nomads don't settle down, create towns, or develop cities, they just keep moving.
