    In different industries, some companies operate for a specific purpose, but the bottom line is that the management style between supervisors and subordinates can break or create an organization. Organizations and businesses need to run their management in a certain way in order to motivate their employees. The main type of organization management is the classical theory which contains Theory X. There are five key styles of managing employee conflict. Building relationships between employees and managers is crucial for an organization to function and execute its purpose, whether it is to provide a service or a product. Conflict theories and strategies were present in the movie “Office Space” to demonstrate the negative aspects of corrupt management and unresolved ongoing conflicts that led to destruction. The structure of an organization can affect its efficiency and productivity. The two main management theories are Classical Theory and Theory p.41). Classical theory can be divided into two broad subgroups: scientific managers and bureaucratic theorists. Scientific managers focus on reducing production costs, while bureaucratic theorists focus on administrative efficiency (Hamilton, 2008, p. 43).
