Format of the internship report1. Title PageAn original title page, prepared in the same format as the title of the sample internship, is given at the end. Page submitted with original signatures of the program coordinator. The date on the title page will depend on the semester in which you receive your diploma.2. AcknowledgmentsIf desired, you can include a page with a brief note of dedication or acknowledgment of help received from particular people.3. Table of Contents The contents page must clearly and precisely index the page numbers of the different sections of the thesis. The spelling of titles must be precise (an aspect often missed by students).4. A brief summary of the internship should be included in your internship report. It contains (a) one or more issues you have worked on or a summary of the company/institution page; (b) a brief description of your activities; (c) summarize the findings. Limit it to 350 words. It must be spaced 1.5 apart, use only one side of the paper, and must respect the margins required by the internship report. Its pages should be assigned a place in the sequence of small Roman numerals for the preliminary pages, but the numbers should not be displayed on the summary pages themselves.5.
