Dell's simple concept focuses on selling personal computing systems directly to the customer so that Dell can better understand their needs and provide the most effective computing solutions to meet those needs. The company announced plans to begin selling in retail stores. Vision: Dell's vision is to be the world's most successful IT company by delivering the best customer experience in the markets we serve. Vision Statement Recommendation: A vision statement focuses on how the world would ideally be without mentioning the organization. In this vision that Dell evokes for its product, I recommend a vision that says: There will be a personal computer for every person in the world. Rationale: Dell aspires for every person in the world to own a computer. Computers are part of everyday life in the 21st century. Computers have changed the way humans work and live. We live in a world where technology is evolving rapidly and new discoveries are being made every day.
