Faith Community Hospital Case Study The Faith Community Hospital case study presented several issues that affect the success of the hospital. The nonprofit organization has developed negative relationships with its community, patients, and stakeholders. According to the CEO, staff misinterpretation of the company's mission statement is one of the main reasons the hospital is experiencing problems. Other issues that negatively impact the hospital include actions of staff, economic and moral standards of the company, financial condition, and performance issues. The hospital's CEO hired Chris; a recent University of Phoenix graduate to help provide insight into situations that occur at the hospital. He also asked Chris for suggestions on what can be done to resolve the issues and his recommendations on how management should resolve the issues. The CEO will use the information provided by Chris to develop a speech to be delivered to hospital administration and the public.
