Relaxation is necessary in everyday active life. A person has to work hard but their energy is limited, and if they spend too much, they will quickly feel tired. Even a machine cannot run for a long time continuously and it is put to rest at regular intervals, otherwise it breaks down. To get out of our hectic daily life or more specifically to relax, we must carry out several activities of our choice to relax, which also give us pleasure and benefit us. Some of them I follow dance and swim and watch movies or watch TV. Firstly, dancing is one of my favorite hobbies. For centuries, dance manuals and other writings have touted the health benefits of dancing, usually in the form of physical exercise. We have seen the health benefits of dancing, such as reducing stress and increasing serotonin levels, as well as making people feel better. Another benefit is that dancing frequently apparently makes us smarter. I prefer hip-hop, break-dance, classical etc. any type of dance. In the area of personal development, it encourages me to learn in a motivated way, develops more autonomy and self-discipline, builds self-confidence and self-esteem and generates a positive body image. It offers coping strategies and releases tension to manage stress. It’s a place for me to integrate my experiences and my place in life. Some people think that only movies that can teach us something about real life are worth watching. We can safely conclude that while films that can teach us something about real life are worth watching, action films and animated films are equally important to our lives and should be respected adequately. Work should be followed by a period of rest or recreation to enjoy. .
