Essay / |||The Association of Computing Machinery (ACM) has a code of ethics that members follow. The code has twenty-four statements with four sections that cover: Ethical considerations are addressed in the first section, professional conduct in the second section, leadership and its role in the third and principles of compliance in the fourth section. The creators of Google Glass have broken two of their own codes. The first is code 1.2. Avoid harming others. This means that they must not harm, injure or negatively impact anyone. The display they developed is a 1.3-centimeter screen that sits just a few millimeters from your eye and is held in place by a set of eyeglass frames. Your vision may be impaired because you have to focus on that small screen and all the pixelated images.
