OBJECTIVE STATEMENTIt was after numerous self-assessments that I decided to pursue my self-university studies in electrical and electronic engineering leading to a doctorate. This is a decision that was made naturally after carefully considering my ultimate path, the field I am interested in and my ultimate professional ambition, which is to pursue a research career, either as a professor or in a industry R&D department. I have accepted the fact that there is a huge proportion of topics to absorb, which is why I want to pursue a research-oriented course in my career. This, coupled with the experience of my educated father, a superintendent engineer at APGENCO, made my choice of higher education all the more obvious. Since I was in school, I saw electronic gadgets like cell phones, washing machine and television, which sparked my fascination with electronics. The powers they exuded always amazed me. So I decided to get my bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering as it opened up many interesting opportunities and challenges for me, as science and technology are behind many interesting scientific and engineering activities. During my engineering course, I was introduced to the concepts of microprocessors and microcontrollers and immediately took a liking to these topics. My undergraduate education was conducted at GITAM UNIVERSITY, Visakhapatnam, one of the reputed institutions in the state, through entrance and merit examination. . I chose Electrical and Electronics Engineering as my major because it gave me countless major choices. I learned subjects like circuit theory, power electronics, distribution systems, Po...... middle of paper ....... If education simply means knowledge of a book or passing periodic exams, so I'm afraid I'll be excited about that. Education should be a means of developing one's innate faculties, enabling one to use one's mind, eyes, ears and hands as they should be. This is the kind of education I would like, and I know your university will provide it. There is no greater pleasure than that obtained from teaching. I would make a worthy teacher because of my in-depth knowledge of various subjects and my incessant deliberation and conversational skills. It would be a great pleasure and honor for me if I had the chance to pursue my higher education in your highly esteemed university and the teaching opportunity would not live up to your expectations.
