    “Regardless of technological changes, the market for well-crafted messages will always have an audience” (Steve Burnett). Communication begins with attitude and ends with knowledge. Defining communication is a process of understanding our experience with the use of verbal and nonverbal messages (Beebe, Beebe, & Ivy, 2007; Ivy & Wahl, 2009; Regenbogen et al., 2012). Therefore, choose the best way to communicate with an audience. or another person has its advantages and disadvantages. Like the choice of demonstrative communication, a non-verbal way of communicating that is like a support for verbal communication, it is known that when communicating, it represents 55 to 65 percent of a person's body language. (Boosting your image, 2006). Then, the sender's tone, kinesics, facial expression, and eye contact measure how the recipient interprets the information provided. Kinesics is the process recognized in nonverbal communication as a person's body language as well as the way they convey it. themselves (Wahl, S. 2014). How a person behaves can be considered self-efficacy, which is a person's confidence in their ability to perform a specific behavior or produce a desired outcome (Feldman, 2013). A person's body language has a lot to do with their level of self-efficacy. Consider the many businesses with many people with different characteristics. In each of these characteristics there is an attitude, which is evident from reading their body language. An attitude is not always defined as bad; that might be a good attitude. For example, the body language of a person with poor posture may show that they are insecure, whereas good posture may show confidence. Regardless, when communicating with an audience, people watch and listen. Even so, not all signs will be the same for every individual.
