    The first area I would like to suggest is “employee voice” because in today's world where flexibility, creativity and innovation are key issues for business, communication throughout the organization has become more essential (Buyens and Vos, 2001). Additionally, the relationship between the employer and employees of the company is weak due to the lack of two-way communication. Employee voice is the method by which employers communicate as well as receive and listen to employee communications. Employee comments and feedback intended to develop organizational functioning are important for performance, they can ensure the efficiency of the company's operation if top managers are also unaware of the information coming from below (Morrison & Milliken, 2000). Understanding employees through employee voice can help managers detect work-related problems, opportunities, and solutions, and thus facilitate organizational innovation and be prepared to respond to unexpected circumstances (Tangirala and Ramanujam, 2008). However, it is important for the company to understand what potentially valuable information it should adopt (Detert and Burris, 2007). The voice of employees covers the indirect mechanisms of participation associated with formal mechanisms of social relations, such as unions or consultative committees, these mechanisms allow employees or their representatives to express their dissatisfaction, their requests for changes and their reactions to management projects or initiatives. Additionally, employee voice is also associated with high-performance work systems and these are essential for having strong beneficial impacts on individual and organizational performance (Wood and Menezes, 2011). All of these problems can be solved if employees are given a voice and all employers are willing to listen. Employee freedom of expression can help employers understand their motivation, satisfaction and interest levels, and it can also encourage employee loyalty and commitment. Additionally, companies that do the best job of talent management practices have competitive advantages and are better prepared than their competitors to compete in the global economy and quickly take advantage of new opportunities. For all these reasons, Employee Voice and Talent Management are the 2 areas of HRM that I want to focus on..
