    Program TypeSPARK is a health, wellness and exercise program that *helps schools across the country by visiting them and implementing health and exercise programs that students and teachers can use. SPARK serves grades K-12. Among their many programs, there is a physical education program for middle school students called M-span, aimed at children between the ages of approximately 11 and 13, although this age range can sometimes vary since a child may be held back at school. children tend to be generally overweight. Therefore, children need some sort of school program, since they spend the majority of their time in school, to help them maintain a healthy weight.
