Obesity is a problem in most countries. Some countries known to have a very high percentage of obesity are the United States, Mexico, Chile, United Kingdom, Canada, etc. The main causes of obesity are mainly the foods consumed and laziness. Eliminating obesity will help many people around the world and make them much happier. We can make our body healthier and safe from all the risks related to our health. There are many things we can help prevent obesity. The main cause of obesity is diet. Many people eat unhealthy foods, such as fast foods. Many companies make pretty, really good food, but when you actually go to that restaurant, the same food doesn't look like what it looked like when you saw it in a photo or on TV. In 2012, there were 263,944 fast food restaurants in the United States, making it much more convenient for Americans to go to a fast food restaurant. Plus, they make food taste really good and many people can't get enough of them. The majority of unhealthy food prices are quite cheap and healthier foods are not the ideal price point for most people. To reduce obesity, they should make fast food less unhealthy, raise the price a little more, and lower the price of healthy foods. They should also show children or adults how the foods they prepare, for example chicken nuggets, are made from a pink slime which is mechanically separated meat. This can influence the type of food people eat because most of the time they don't know what they are eating. They simply eat whatever food they think is good and don't care what's in it.
