Basic Oil Extraction TrainingThe oil extraction process is relatively simple. The important thing to remember is technique and practicing consistency. Before you begin, you need to gather these supplies: Toothbrush - not the one you usually use to brush your teeth chapter) Sea salt (Not required, but rinsing with it is nice) An empty container, like a water bottle , to expel saliva/oil. You can also flush the liquid down the toilet, but remember that it now contains toxic bacteria and the oils can damage your plumbing system. Once you have these items, you're ready to make a rustle! Your first snooze of the day should be before you eat or drink anything, right after getting out of bed. Step 1 – SwishPut a tablespoon of oil in your mouth and swish it gently. You'll want to push and pull the liquid through your teeth and allow it to flow into all areas of your mouth. Avoid gargling, but instead use chewing or chewing motions. You may notice your jaw getting tired. If so, simply let the oil sit for several seconds. This will give it time to seep into those deep pockets. You'll want to rustle for a full 20 minutes, but you may find that you need to start with around 10 minutes and gradually work your way up to the 20 minute mark. Step 2 -Expel When you're done, you'll want to spit the liquid into a disposable container or trash can. I found that an empty plastic water bottle worked well. I just keep it under my bathroom sink and throw it away after 3 swishes. Do not spit in the sink, toilet or shower! Remember that it is oil and will clog your plumbing system. Step 3: Rinse/Salt Water Rinse Mix a teaspoon of sea salt or Himalayan salt in a small glass in the middle of a sheet of paper......we feel a little bad comfortable the first few times they oil pull, and having an empty stomach minimizes this. is safe and effective for men, women and children. The only caveat to this is that children must be old enough to understand that the oil needs to be expelled and comply. Testimonial: KJMA, As a holistic practitioner, I have recommended oil pulling as a form of deep detoxification and have found that this alone has been life-changing for many of my patients. I don't even use toothpaste anymore and have noticed that my teeth are brighter, stronger and my gums are pink, tight and healthy. Be sure not to swallow or ingest the oil you swish in your mouth. It IS filled with many harmful organisms, which is why you do oil pulling in the first place. SPIT IT OUT at the end of your drawing session. Good luck on your path to better health.
