    As the boundaries that once divided the world's citizens continually blur, it is essential that business leaders recognize the importance of diversity management. Gone are the days when business leaders talked about diversity without putting much into it. Parks (2008) explained that diversity management has become more than just tracking the number of minorities reflected in your workforce and has evolved into creating an inclusive work environment that embraces the different perspectives used for the benefit of organizational objectives (p 1).
