Everyone can agree that cultures vary greatly. Whether it's opinions on society, genetics or even food! One of the most significant changes between nations and cultures compared to other nations and cultures is the eating habits of all the different cultures around the world. Eating habits are different all over the world. For example, Americans eat small meals throughout the day and then indulge in a large, hearty meal for dinner, while in Mexico, breakfast tends to be the largest meal of the day . Today, due to these changes in cultural views, anthropology is very involved. That's why I'm going to delve into the eating habits of four different cultures: Japanese, Mexican and American. Japan is presented to the public, particularly the American one, as a nation which benefits greatly from all good eating habits. . In Japan, more than 95% of the population eats at least three meals a day, with dinner considered the most important. The Japanese population dines at home with family and loved ones, although more than 60% eat homemade meal replacements....
