    What does it mean to be happy? Happiness is a feeling that people want to feel, and a lot of it. This is above all what we seek and desire. Although this feeling can be felt in many different places and times, it is not easy to acquire. For some people, happiness lies in exercising and maintaining good health. On the other hand, others can discover it when they go on vacation and relax. The idea here is that we each have our own things that make us happy. However, there are two sources of happiness that find common ground with almost everyone. These two concepts are building strong relationships and finding purpose in life. While these two things don't guarantee happiness, they provide a foundation on which you can grow. On the contrary, one of the main reasons we struggle to find happiness is the fact that we are often blinded by its true definition and convinced to seek it. in places where it cannot be found. In today's society, false images of what this concept actually means have been painted in our minds by outside sources. One of the main causes of these fabricated characterizations is blamed on the media. When we watch television and see someone famous walking around in a costume with a model at their side, we hastily conclude that they are a happy person. But this is not always the case. Fame and fortune do not automatically guarantee happiness. This is such an intangible subject that it is difficult for someone to fully grasp the true concept. Now let's look at the origins of this term. However, happiness shines brightest through the relationships we create and the goals we set out to achieve.
