History has revealed many dictators, but none as famous as Adolf Hitler. In the short time it took Hitler and the Nazi Party to rise to power, the damage done to the old government slipped under the radar. Once Hitler took power, he planned to create a new fighting force within the military that would be loyal only to him. Over time, the Nazi Party became the guardian of Hitler's plans. These plans mark the beginning of the end for Hitler and the Nazis. Without the Nazi Party, Hitler would never have felt so power-shy and would never have had the influence of World War II. At first, the Nazi Party started out more as a joke. The reason Hitler knew them was because they invited him to a meeting. They invited him more as an element of propaganda than as a leader. But Hitler, knowing there was a power chasm in the organization, took advantage of it. He drew up his plans. The plans were to get rid of members who opposed him. Hitler needed to gain the trust not only of his party members, but also of the population. Once Hitler had enough birds for his cooing, he made his move for the government....
