Essay / The importance of waste management in the hotel industry
The hotel has joined forces with “Genießt Uns” (Enjoy it!): an initiative that encourages the fight against food waste only during change in production. Thousands of guests attended and all dishes served were made from food that might otherwise have been thrown away. The hotel staff took care of the brunch and provided a large press room as well as hotel equipment.
