BiographyTracy Harper is the newest member of Optimal Outcomes, Inc. For the past 20 years, she has worked with two Illinois Fortune 500 companies, Apple Stores and Wal-Mart, as a corporate social responsibility officer. . His primary role at OOI will be to help clients effectively plan the organization's goals and objectives and develop business models that monitor and ensure compliance with ethical norms, standards and laws.TeamworkTeamwork has become increasingly popular in organizations. For teams to succeed, it is important that individuals have the tools to align their tasks towards a common goal. Teams must be able to provide the feedback and support needed to continue improving the process and outcomes that define a team's purpose. Teams, like individuals, are made up of characteristics. Successful teams are able to work interdependently by providing a clear set of goals, good leadership, support, appropriate tasks, responsibilities, and rewards (Levi, 2014, p.29). The value of the team is not simply determined by the outcome of the project, but also by the ability of individuals to work together to integrate different perspectives and to support and motivate each other in times of conflict (Levi, 2014, p 126). Individual and team accountability begins with a clear understanding of each team member's role and the expectations that have been set for the team to achieve its goal. According to Katzenbach & Smith, teams that deliver collective work products have three attributes as part of the team structure: two or more competent people working together, leadership roles that are not assigned solely to a single person and can pass from one person to another in the middle of the document......ation in the future would be to encourage members to report or discipline behavior that is below the standards that members have at the both individually and for the group.
