Essay / How Societies Collapse - 919
Societies collapse all the time and in many ways. There are just a few ways societies collapse over and over again. These reasons are corrupt leadership, great poverty and lots of wars. We all know that societies collapse and cause riots and everything else, but societies collapse for three main reasons. The main reasons occur all over the world. Societies always collapse, so if you know the main reasons, you can prevent societies from collapsing. My first reason is that corrupt leaders cause societies to collapse. An example is that of North Korea. The North Korean leader put the country in debt to the tune of billions of dollars, which provoked riots and a revolt by the Ukrainian people. My textual evidence is as follows: “Chang Song-thaek was radically kicked out of a Communist Party session by armed guards earlier this week. He was accused of forming factions against the state, corruption and "depraved" acts such as feminization and drug addiction. » North Korea: “International concern” for stability. This is one of the reasons why societies collapse because of corrupt leaders. Also in Ukraine, the leader put them in debt of many dollars, which caused the Ukrainian people to hate him and protest to expel him. “Well, he decided to leave and now the country has no leader, which is causing riots and fighting. Euro Maidan protest movement against the government. The conflict quickly escalated, leading to the fall of President Viktor Yanukovych's government and the establishment of a new government to replace it within days. Yanukovych fled to Russia and is wanted in Ukraine for the killing of protesters. The conflict continued with the Crimean Crisis in 2014, when Russian forces took control of the Crimean region. » This is from Wik...... middle of paper ...... child) For the 1.9 billion children in the developing world, there are: 640 million without adequate shelter (1 in 3) 400 million without access to drinking water (1 in 5 people) 270 million without access to health services (1 in 7) 121 million 1 in 12 people without education. Societies have collapsed for many reasons, but most societies only collapse for three main reasons. These main reasons are that people do not have good housing and education, these causes cause people to die and create a bad society. Second, losing wars not only leads to the loss of millions of people, but also puts the country in debt. Eventually, societies collapse because of corrupt leaders like North Korea, Ukraine, and ancient Rome. All of these examples happened and we are still happening today. The only way to keep a society strong is to not repeat the history of how societies fell..
