Stir well.3. Pour the dip into a bowl and serve with warm whole Anasazi corn tortillas or baked corn tortilla chips. Corny Tortillas What you need: 2 cups cornmeal (Masa Harina works best) 1 ½ cups warm water ¼ teaspoon salt What you do: 1. In a medium bowl, combine the cornmeal , water and salt until the dough is no longer sticky. (If it's too sticky, add more cornmeal; if it's too dry, add more water.)2. Form into golf ball-sized balls and pat with your hands to form 6-inch, paper-thin rounds. Place the tortilla on a lightly oiled griddle and cook until golden brown. (Your tortilla isn't crispy yet, but you can still eat it. Pour some dip on it then roll up the tortilla to eat!)3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.4. Place the cooked tortillas on a cookie sheet and brush each with oil. Then cut them into strips with a pizza cutter.5. Bake for about 5 to 10 minutes or until crisp.6.
