This document focuses on leadership transformation and development. Leaders must constantly develop their leadership skills. As a result, they learn to adapt to workplace challenges. Performers placed in the middle are also intelligent in applying organizational strategies. The last three (Individualist, Strategist and Alchemist) are the most innovative and have the capacity to transform their organizations and their teams. These seven development logics are Opportunist, Diplomat, Expert, Achiever, Individualist, Strategist and Alchemist. Researchers found that only 5% of executives surveyed were found to be manipulative, selfish and distrustful. These leaders are opportunists who only think about personal gain and treat others as exploitable opportunities. They react rudely when given feedback. Diplomats are nicer. They are more interested in controlling their own behavior than that of others. Diplomats are effective when they provide support to other group members. The survey found that the largest percentage of leaders belong to this class called Expert, thirty-eight percent. These leaders try to perfect their skills and that is why they are called experts. They are constantly striving for perfection. High performers make up around 30% of the total number of managers surveyed as part of the study. These managers are both supportive and stimulating. Individualists believe that no logic for action comes naturally. This helps them deal effectively with people of other logics of action. Strategists can create shared visions that contribute to personality and organizational transformation. Strategists act as change agents in their workplace. The final logic of leadership action is that of the Alchemist. They have the ability to reorganize themselves and the organization. They have an extraordinary talent for dealing with different situations. Researchers administered the sentence completion survey to thousands of managers and professionals, most aged 25 to 55, at hundreds of European and American companies.
